“Marwar International Centre” (MIC) project was a quality base tender given by JDA in July 2012.Construction was started by JDA in April 2013. It is designed in a total plot area of 17000 sq.m.

  • The construction area is nearly about 18,000 sq. m. in a six storey construction. The building is proposed to hold conventions, conferences and various meetings for corporate sector growth both in business and tourism.

Concept : Design concept is based on the traditional courtyard typology, which functions as the heart of the complex—promoting natural ventilation, passive cooling, daylight penetration, and community interaction

  • Entire construction is proposed with traditional Marwar and Jodhpur stone craftsmanship, expressed through a grand façade constructed in locally sourced Pink Soor Sagar Jodhpur stone.
  • The building features stone pillars, carved jalis, decorative brackets, dasa bands, and chhajjas, which not only celebrate regional identity but also perform crucial environmental roles—providing shade, diffusing harsh sunlight, and supporting cross-ventilation suited to the desert climate.
